Received the fabric. Just beautiful. When my chairs are done, September is what time frame I am getting them back per the upholster I will send a picture.Great company, you are on top of things, like the customer service and the fact you have excellent products. You are doing business the old fashion way but that is a good thing!!

I am happy to take the time to compliment a great employee. My samples have shipped, quickly, I believe because of Dirk as well. In the past I have waited for at least a week before the order was even processed. I look forward to samples, I love your fabrics and am looking for something so specific, I know Kovi has it. It may take several times of sample orders - my monitor does not read colors very well, but it will be worth it to get a good fabric.

I wanted to thank Dirk Anthony for doing such an exceptionally good job in helping to expedite shipping fabric to me. Dirk went above and beyond to help me get what I wanted, when I wanted it. Mr. Anthony was very patient as he helped me set up an account, check stock availability, and find a way to get it to me overnight.This is true "customer service" at it's best. I will shop at Kovi more often and recommend Kovi to my friends.

I just wanted to say that I JUST got back my sunroom cushions that were reupholstered and am VERY pleased with them. The quality of the fabric is wonderful and the "Maize" print is so beautiful. I chose this fabric b/c I didn't want to have the same 4 chairs, and this worked perfectly! It's durable but soft for upholstery fabric - very easy to work with. Communication about shipping was great, it arrived just as the emails explained. I'm very happy with my purchase.
