These people were very helpful to me. I received advice from their chat facilities, and they called me checking on the arrival of the upholstery samples. The fabric was perfect, even more beautiful than the pictures could show. I'm very pleased with the results. My dining room chairs have never looked better.

My fabric arrived Thursday. Sofa & fabric were picked up yesterday by the upholstery company. I should have my re-upholstered sofa in 2 weeks. I am so happy to have found Kovi AND the exact same fabric as the original. That fabric has lasted 15 years and doesn't show either the black nor white shedding of my puppies - amazing!!! Great customer service, I will utilize you again and recommend you to my friends. Thank you!

My husband and I are upholstering two club chairs that he cherishes. The Kovi company sent constant email updates so I knew exactly when to expect my fabric. Even though the weather has been nasty - they sent the fabric in packaging that the elements could not touch :) Which was very reassuring! Also, I received a followup email to ensure I was satisfied. I wish all companies were this efficient! Thank you Kovi!

I received a few samples that I ordered, had my client take a look at them and then I ordered them that same day. I received my order within just a few days! Not having to wait forever for a fabric delivery is huge! If the fabric is held up so is the design.

Hello, Thanks for your fine assistance in finalizing my "aqua" Kovi fabric. I have spoken with you several times via telephone. TODAY, my "aqua" contemporary fabric arrived. I will follow up with a phone call to you! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! You should see how I am pairing it with titian brown accent color. It is the perfect fabric for my project. Some months back, we talked on the phone about sample #K8142, the fabric that I wanted for the interior of my Karmann Ghia. I ordered 2 yds of a fabric I saw while trolling for fabric for a sofa. The fabric that caught my eye depicted horses. I have a friend who is nuts about horses. I could see "birthday present." I could see "pillows." I crossed my fingers and ordered the fabric: it arrived via FedEx. Oh my, home run!!!! Truly beautiful fabric -- maybe a tad too much for a large piece but perfect for throw pillows. I would have had KOVI make them, but decided she'll love the fabric even more if she decides for herself. Until I saw that fabric I never would have thought of giving fabric as a birthday present, but this fabric is so perfect and so different. I applaud KOVI for excellent service and selection, and I applaud myself for finding KOVI on internet. -Muriel

Reupholstering a bench, chair and chaise lounge in this wonderful fabric that is microfiber. I have 9 cats and NOT ONE of them will scratch our microfiber sofa. From now on everything will be microfiber! Love all your beautiful color and pattern selections!

I just received my samples and am so impressed with the quality of the fabric. I had looked at fabrics at the big box fabric store and the price was much cheaper but quality was not there. Now I have proof with the samples to show my husband the difference in quality material and spending the extra money for a good quality product will give us the results we want.
